Arata the Legend, or Arata Kangatari, depending on what you prefer to call it. (I use both.)
2. Who’s your favorite character in this fandom?
Ah, the hard questions begin already!
There are so many great characters in this series, and I love them all so much, it's hard to choose just one. So I'm gonna choose...
Let's go with Kannagi, Yataka, or Mikusa. Out of those three, I'm going with Kannagi. 
3. Least favorite?
Good, a question that's easy to answer.
KADOWAKI. He's such a jackass.
4. What pairings do you ship in this fandom, if any at all?
I actually ship a lot of pairings. So I'll just go with my top 5.
Arata Hinohara/Kotoha
Arata(Hime Clan)/Oribe
Isora/Kikutsune
Himeou/Yataka
Kugura/Hinohara (Kugura's so cute! )
5. Any headcannons yet?
The only one I have is that Kannagi, Yataka, Kotoha and Mikusa are all friends. Technically, it's canon, but they don't show Kannagi and Yataka interacting with Kotoha or Mikasa that much, and vice versa. (I want to see more of this friendship!)

You came to the wrong fandom if you want fanfics. (There's barely anything. T^T)

A bunch of artists on Pixiv.net, who unfortunately are Japanese so when they make a comic for Arata, I CAN'T READ IT!!!!

9. Who’s most like you?
I think the person who is most like me is probably Imina Oribe. I don't know why, but I think she's the kinda person who would space out and daydream a lot.
(None of the characters are like me!!!)
Yuu Watase. Cast Full of Pretty Boys all wearing fancy outfits, half of them being Walking Shirtless Scenes. You do the math.
In other words - way too many to choose from!
If I had to choose, though... for the guys it would be a three-way tie between Kannagi, Kugura (adult form) and Kikutsune.
Girls, would probably be Mikusa, or Himeou (also in her adult form.)
also all of the guys who were turned into girls (minus Nasake) as of chapter 214.

12. Top/Favorite Scenes/Moments/ Episodes in your fandom?
Um... jeez. There are too many to pick from.
I'm gonna go with the entirety of chapter 193.
Hinohara is feeling a little less confident in himself and his abilities - and Kannagi and Yataka both come into the room and they all have breakfast together. Kannagi even thanks Hinohara (in his own way) for saving him and Yataka. Yataka and Kannagi both give Hinohara some advice. Even the volume cover is sweet!
13. The first character you fell in love with.
It was probably Hinohara. 
14. The character you never expected to love as much as you do now.
All of the 12 shinsho, actually. (except for the last one who we've never seen, and Ameeno.)
I think the best example would be Kannagi, because right from the beginning we expect him to be the main villain of the series. And he turns out to be just a jerk with a heart of gold.
15. The character everyone else loves that you don’t.
I don't know about 'love', because the most I've seen for him is yaoi fanart, but Kadowaki.
16. The character you love that everyone else hates.
I don't think there is one. the closest might be Harunawa, but I don't know what other people think about him.

So far there haven't been any.

Kadowaki. And I wouldn't just slap him, I'd beat the crap out of him.

I don't think there is one... I'm pretty chill about pairings and stuff like that.
22. Which do you prefer, canon or AU?
It depends. A modern AU would be cool. But I like canon just fine.
23. Just ramble about something fan-related, go go go!
I just thought of this the other day but-
Okay so Hinohara is gonna have to switch back with Arata one day, right? And Arata is like super against the Shinsho because they betrayed the princess and unlike Hinohara didn't get to witness Kannagi or Yataka going through that character development and begin to regret their actions, right? And Kannagi and Yataka both believed Hinohara to be Arata, before he told them the truth, right?
So in the case that Arata and Hinohara switch, that means that Kannagi and Yataka will have to deal with Arata and Arata most likely won't completely trust them and making mean comments every once in a while and Kannagi and Yataka will have to deal with someone who looks like the person they became friends with completely hating their guts and imagine if Hinohara succeeded in bringing the submitted Sho back and it'll almost be worst because they trusted him and Arata doesn't even realize how much he's hurting them all and STOP I CAN'T HANDLE IT IT'S TOO SAD TO THINK ABOUT
I hope Watase-sensei will successfully make the story finish happily with Hinohara being able to travel both worlds whenever he wants to without switching places with Arata so his friends can see what he really looks like and everyone will be happy.

Like, in a partners kind of way? Cause if so, then either Kannagi and Kotoha, or Kannagi and Mikusa. Cause there isn't enough interactions between them.

33. Unpopular opinion about...?
It'd probably only be unpopular in the slash community, but neither Hinohara nor Kadowaki are gay and in love with each other.

35. Worst Character Death (if any)?
There are literally too many to choose from, and they're all so tragic in their own ways! So many feels broken over this series!
36. ''This made me so happy you have no idea'' Moment?
Literally any time the group interact like friends. (ex. chapter 193.) Because they've come so far in their friendship, from trying to kill Hinohara and/or make him submit, to having playful squabbles, breakfast together, protecting each other, etc... It's so heartwarming I can't even stand it!
37. Saddest Moment?
Ugh... so many... don't make me think about them or I'll cry.
But I think the scene where Yataka and Kannagi begin to battle is the worst, 'cause it's so... don't make me think about it!
38. Biggest turn-ons?
Literally any moment the guy characters are wearing less clothing than usual. 
Or did you mean the plot? Well, if it's the plot you're talking about... then I love how everyone's character development is coming along. Like, Hinohara went from being a bullied, unconfident loner to being a strong-willed revolutionary leader trying to bring peace to the world, Kotoha went from being a dead-weight to a strong character (not physically strong, but strong in other ways), Kannagi went from being the jackass villain to being a jerk-with-a-heart-of-gold who is atoning for his actions. And although people complain about it basically being a gender-bent version of Fushigi Yuugi, I love the plotline of the story, with the gods taking the form of weapons.
39. Biggest turn-offs?
Kadowaki's lame Freudian Excuse for being a dick-wad. "Hinohara intentionally lost to me in a race!" Yeah, that's a great reason for making his life miserable and [[spoiler!]] trying to stop Hinohara's attempts of saving an entire world.
Also, as a lover of the manga, the anime. Because the art is different, the characters aren't nearly as likeable, and they don't have Seo or Nagu or Naru or Oribe and they showed some stuff too early and it overall just sucks.
